1. Position: Hardware Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to our commitment to delivering high-quality electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Systems Implementation:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and systems to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to quality management systems (QMS) like ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Product Inspection and Testing:
  • Oversee and perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct functional and reliability testing on electronic assemblies.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure that all manufacturing processes align with regulatory and customer-specific requirements.
  • Prepare for and assist during internal and external audits, including regulatory and customer inspections.
  • Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA):
  • Identify non-conformances, investigate root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Analyze quality performance data using KPIs, identify trends, and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve product quality and resolve technical issues.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality assurance activities.
  • Prepare detailed quality reports and provide updates to management on quality performance.
  • Training and Awareness:
  • Train production staff on quality standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in quality assurance within an electronic manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, cGMP).
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in using inspection and testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with PCB assembly, soldering quality standards, and surface-mount technology (SMT).
  • Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and other quality analysis tools.

 

 

2. Position: Sr. IT & Non-IT US Recruiter

Experience: 5+ years
Location: Balkampet, Hyderabad
Work Timings: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

BLYK Engineering Services Inc. is looking for an experienced Sr. IT & Non-IT US Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for both IT and Non-IT roles in the US market. This role requires excellent communication skills, deep knowledge of US recruitment strategies, and experience working with various job boards and ATS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, Ceipal, and other platforms to identify top talent.
  • Technical & Non-Technical Hiring: Recruit for IT positions (software developers, network engineers, cloud specialists, etc.) and Non-IT roles (manufacturing, operations, admin, finance, etc.).
  • Client & Vendor Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers, vendors, and clients to understand job requirements and provide the best-fit candidates.
  • US Market Knowledge: Stay updated with US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, TN, EAD, OPT, CPT, etc.), tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and compliance.
  • Negotiation & Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations, contract terms, and closing deals effectively.
  • ATS Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure smooth workflow and candidate tracking.

3. Position: Firmware Engineer

The ideal candidate will work closely with our hardware team, developing and maintaining high-performance firmware that integrates seamlessly with hardware components.   •  Develop and maintain firmware for embedded systems, ensuring efficient and reliable performance.
  •  Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to integrate firmware with hardware components, including Raspberry Pi.
  •  Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure robust firmware functionality.

  •  Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance firmware and Python development.

Requirements:
